By accessing and using SkyTrade, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. These rules ensure a fair, transparent, and secure trading experience for all users.

Prohibited Practices

Use of Chamka, lines, or insider trading is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or account termination.

Account Misuse

Sharing login credentials or using accounts for unauthorized trades is not allowed. This can lead to account suspension or fund blockage.

 

Scalping

Trades closed within 5 minutes of execution are considered scalping. Such profits may be removed without notice.

VPN Usage

Trading via VPN is not permitted. Detected VPN activity may result in trade deletion.

Dividends & Bonuses

Applied as per exchange guidelines. Subject to change as per circulars.

Cross Orders

Trading from the same IP or multiple IDs is not allowed. Profitable trades may be removed without prior notice.

Negative Balance Protection

Accounts are protected against negative balances up to 30%. Beyond this, corrective action may be taken.

Order Execution

Orders execute based on bid-ask prices, not the Last Traded Price (LTP).

Payout Delays

Payouts may delay due to banking processes. Your patience is appreciated.

Margin Maintenance

Maintain sufficient funds to avoid forced liquidation.

Technical Issues

Report technical issues immediately with your user ID to allow swift resolution.

Group Trading

Allowed only with prior approval. Unauthorized group trading may result in suspension.

Hedging

Not allowed on SkyTrade. Attempts to hedge may lead to restrictions.

Invalid Orders

Orders placed without open positions or exceeding limits won’t be processed.
